I wanted to do my eyebrows for a long time, but because I have very sensitive pale skin, I was quite hesitant. A friend recommended Elena and I understand why. Elena is knowledgeable, professional, patient, responsible and a wonderful person with positive attitude. You can trust her opinion and expertise, because she will honestly advise you on what you need and what you don’t need. I truly appreciate Elena and her work. Needless to say, I love love love my eyebrows. Also, I am grateful to Elena for her love ❤️ , positive attitude, patience and desire to learn. Okay let me start off my saying that I have major PTSD from ruining my eyebrows (myself) in middle school by plucking them to tiny little lines. It has taken me years to grow them back out and it hasn’t been fun or easy. One eyebrow was always shorter than the other and every time I went to get my eyebrows waxed at other places, they didn’t talk me through what I should be doing to let them grow out or the full look I was going for. Fast forward to Jess always telling me I had great eyebrows during my manicure appointments with her, I asked her if she does brows as well. She told me she does threading, and recommended I come back in about a week when they’re a little more grown out. Not only did she clean and shape my eyebrows, she actually got them to be the same length and although there was a lot to clean up, she still left my eyebrows thick and full! It has been over a month since my threading appointment with Jess and they still look amazing! When I was waxing, I was having to go every 3-4 weeks and it was just blah, but with threading, it’s looking like every 6-8 weeks. I’m not an eyebrow expert, but threading looks more natural and Jess can actually get the precise shape with threading. And no, it doesn’t hurt. Well at least for me it didn’t and I was way less irritated than with wax and the irritation went down by the time I got in my car. So happy I finally have someone to lead me through this eyebrow journey 😂 thank you, Jess!!
