SMS / text messaging

Oh My Nails! uses an AI-powered booking assistant operated by our service provider, KlevaCore LLC (KlevaVoice), to respond to phone calls and text messages on our published business phone number. SMS replies are only sent after a consumer has either:

Verbally agreed during a phone call with our AI voice agent, after the agent has read the SMS consent disclosure; or
Sent the first text message to our published business phone number.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not share, sell, or rent mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with any third party for marketing. Mobile information is used only to:

Reply to your inquiries and complete your booking;
Pass appointment details to our scheduling system (Vagaro) so we can confirm your appointment;
Operate the AI booking assistant through our service provider KlevaCore LLC and its SMS infrastructure provider, Twilio, Inc.

Message frequency varies based on your conversation. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance. See our Terms of Service for the full SMS terms.
